Congratulations to Quentin Praz, winner of the HES-SO Alumni Award 2025!
At Connexions’25, Quentin received this prestigious distinction, recognising the professional and societal impact of his career.
This award honours LaxiPed, an innovative technology enabling dynamic electronic measurements of first-ray instability in the foot – a key issue in the management of conditions such as hallux valgus. A major step forward for clinical assessment.
The event took place at the Mosaïk building in Fribourg, in the presence of:
- Luciana Vaccaro, Rector of HES-SO
- Olivier Curty, State Councillor, member of the HES-SO Government Committee
- Vincent Ducrot, CEO of SBB
- Paula Reichenberg, CEO & founder of Neur.on AI, member of the HES-SO Strategic Council
- Jeremy Olivier, Associate Professor in Mechanical Engineering at HES
The Centre ASSAL is proud to be a partner in this project, which strengthens the bridge between clinical practice, engineering and applied research.
Well done, Quentin! This distinction reflects your talent, dedication, and the concrete impact of your work in medical practice.
We also congratulate HES-SO, a true incubator of talent!
