PD Dr. Mathieu Assal and Dr. Nils Reymond were invited as expert speakers by the European Federation of National Associations of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (EFORT).
They gave a presentation on the topic: 'Contemporary concepts in the management of distal tibia fractures,' alongside three renowned European experts: Prof. Nikolaos K. Kanakaris (United Kingdom), Prof. Thierry Bégué (France), and Prof. Vicenzo Salini (Italy).
The event brought together more than 1,400 registered participants.
