Clearly visible to the naked eye, toe deformities may take various shapes: mallet toes, hammer toes, overlapping toes, curved toes.
This deformity is mainly caused by an imbalance in the workload of the foot tendons.
Wearing flexible shoes and receiving podiatric care will often be sufficient to resolve the problem. If not, minimally invasive surgery to realign the toe is used to correct the deformity.
